Greetings friends,

the problem goes like this: I have a TOSHIBA satellite, L855, series notebook.
After updrading to Win 10, some of my keys (a,n, enter) were not working initially.

If I wait for some time, they would start work later.
I find that if I keep pressing a button, (e.g. the button "a") for a long time, I see that it gradually starts to respond, then stop again, then respond - stop, until finally it works OK.

I tried to upgrade the drivers, unistall then reinstall them, but it does not seem to work.
Does anyone know what is happening, or have a suggestion?

Thank you.

I got the same exact problem on my Acer 3820tg. After installation of Windows 10 some of my keys (a, e, l, ENTER) stop responding every now and then and pressing them repeatedly seems to help. I though that Windows was causing the problem.
But once my ENTER key stop responding, I restart my computer and go to BIOS, where I found out, the ENTER key is not working in BIOS too.

It was probably just coincident that my keyboard broke during Windows 10 installation. Maybe it is also your case. Try your keys in BIOS and you'll see.

Thank you, friend.
It is impossible to be a coincidence!!! Why did it happen to both of us while installing win 10?

Happening to one, (although the timing would still be strange), maybe so,
but happening to both of us, AFTER we intalled Windows 10? Not just unlikely, it is nigh impossible.

Let us wait and see if someone else has another idea.
