Hp envy 360 with windows 10, 2-1 mode stopped working

does anyone know or have experienced this?

The 2-1 when you turn the screen all the way over does into tablet mode, but after windows 10 it no longer does. I called microsoft they blamed HP, called HP they want me to pay to have it fixed, but wont give me any answers.

Are you talking about Tablet mode or Tent mode?

What does that say about HP support, they didnt even know know how to help me, it was the simplest thing. Very very bad customer support.

That goes with any front line support. They have two priorities.
1. Charge the customer money.
2. Get him off the phone soonest.

Took me about 20 seconds to find, and I don't even own an Envy.
