Ads by enormous sales taking over chrome.

Good afternoon everyone,

Currently I have this major adware problem on the chrome browser only and I am fairy sure it is caused by something called "ads by enormous sales"

The problem is most of the time when you search for something on google chrome, you get anywhere from 3-6ish extra links at the very top of the Google search page that has a little x and a grey front that says ads by enormous sales. If you try to exit out of it you get a new tab of somesort of ransomware saying that that my pc is infected, called this number to fix, or that chrome has enabled pop ups, call this toll free number to fix it. And the thing is you can't just exit out of these because it comes right back instantly. The only way to get rid of it, is to exit through windows task manager.

Here are something's that I have tried to do to fix this situation.
-reset all chrome settings
-delete and create a new user account on chrome
-tried to find something unusual in programs and features
-ran adwcleaner
-ran malwarebytes
-ran spybots
-added an Adblock extension on chrome, and that did get rid of a lot of the other various popups I was getting, but I know it's not actually getting rid of the main problem.

I don't know what else to do, hopefully someone with greater knowledge can lead me on the right direction.
