Hi, I couldn't find any answer to my problem on internet so i decided to ask here...maybe some of you had similar problem like me.

I have a Toshiba c70-a-108 17.3" laptop which works fine apart from screen or so i thought...
Screen was flickering and finally stopped working at all so i bought a new LCD exactly for this model and it di work for a few hours and then stopped. I tried a smaller screen 15.6" and it works fine...i know, weird right? So i was fiddling with those screens changing them and so on so on and for some reason new screen started to work and also old screen started to work again :) but they stop from time to time...:/ I thought of changing LCD flex and i looked on many websites with parts including ebay, amazon, alibaba, alixepress even Polish allegro.pl and for some stupid reason they dont offer this kind of flex anywhere. Does anyone knows a place where i can buy one or maybe a flex from different model that would fit this one. It has a uncommon connector on motherboard like this flex :

Please help!

Hi,

The most common repair option before you go ahead and replace the actual cable to put a sticky tape just to make sure it's not moving around. Put a sticky tape on both end, to the motherboard and to the display just to make sure it's well seated. It actually is hard to find that part from the internet, do ask around from PC stores or your local electronic shops.
