My Notebook: HP ZBOOK 15" WIndows 8.1 64 bit
Last week I decided to try and update my pc to WIndows 10, but because my drive is encrypted I first decided to try and decrypt it.
So, I opened HP Client Security but nothing happens (I only see the loading circle for 2 secs and than nothing).
The first thing I tried was to remove client security but I can't do it because, I first need to remove the other programs. And I can't remove hp drive encryption because my drive is encrypted.
After some testing I noticed that the program launches if I disable the DigitalPersona-Verifcation service but if you do this you can't sign in because DPFPAPi isn't initialized.
So if anybody would just know a solution to decrypt my drive it would be appreciated.
