How do I activate my second fan?

Hi, I received my MSI GE72 Pro-077 laptop today (pretty dope except for dat trackpad), and through checking the Dragon Gaming Center it appears that my second fan is not running. I'm going to have my laptop be downloading and installing games into my steam library all night, and I don't want it to get too hot during that time. How do I activate the second fan?

Hi,

Which fan isn't spinning left (graphics card fan) right (CPU fan)? Try playing any game with it and see if the fan activates by itself. But most of the time they should be both on all the same time. There's also a turbo fan switch on the top right hand corner of the laptop. Try toggling it and that should make you fans run a lot faster for heavy usage. If that fan still won't spin you might want to call the manufacturer for them to have a look.
