Hi,
Hope these troubleshooting step will help:
- Press CTRL, ALT and DEL all at the same time.
- Select Task Manager and click on File located on the top right hand corner and click on New Task
- Type "explorer.exe" and press Enter
- If your desktop shows up open Task Manager again and on the Startup tab disable all the startup items and reboot the laptop again.
- If it boots up normally that means one of the startup items is causing the problem
If all these doesn't work:
- Try and boot the laptop in Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up keep tapping on F8 until you see Advance Boot Options.
- Select Safe Mode and press Enter.
- Once in the desktop open Task Manager and disable all startup items.
- Reboot the laptop into the normal mode and see if it loads normally.
