Hi,
Do you see you mouse pointer on the screen with black background? If you do please do press CTRL, ALT and DEL all the same time then select Task Manager. Once Task Manager is open on the top left corner click on File the select New Task and type in "explorer.exe" and press ENTER. That should open your normal desktop screen then open Task Manager again and click on Startup tab. Disable all the startup items listed and reboot the PC.
