Hi,
I have recently purchased an Asus MX299q monitor and it do not recognize the hdmi signal from my laptop (Acer Aspire V3-571G). I ve tried all kind of drivers for Intel HD Graphics but it won't work. I have tested the monitor with other laptop and it worked fine.
Also something strange happened 2 or 3 times: when i updated the drivers, the monitor was detected by PC, but still "No hdmi signal" message shown on monitor (and also windows asked me for restart, and after restart didn t work at all, no detection).
Current config:
Laptop: Acer Aspire V3-571G
Bios: InsydeH20 V2.21
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro
Intel driver: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000, version 10.18.10.3304
Nvidia driver: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730M, version 9.18.13.2702
I would appreciate any help!

PS: I have connected my laptop to a TV via HDMI 1 houre ago and it worked fine (same cable at all tests i ve discussed).... I can t see where the problem coud be
