All I can suggest for "Lazy windows" ... and I assume your laptop is running slow ... is to do the following:

1. Run Defrag http

/windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/delete-files-using-disk-cleanup#delete-files-using-disk-cleanup=windows-7
3. Adjust the power settings for your laptop ... down on the toolbar ... set it for maximum perfomance while you have the charger cable connected.
4. Use Task Manager to see if some background processes are chewing up cpu use ... like malware etc. https
