Acer Laptop V4DA2, screen won't turn on. Help!

Solution
Hi,

Do you still lights on your laptop other than the light indicator of the charger?
- Do a hard reset first, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.
- Plug just the AC adapter then see if it boots up, if it does you can put the battery back in as well.
- If it doesn't work you'll need to check the physical connection of the RAM in each slot. Take them out then put them back in making sure they are seated properly.
- Lastly is to connect an external monitor and see if you'll get any display from it because if you still don't it might be hardware proper and repair/replacement is needed.
