Laptop doesn't charge above x%

Hi ! My Asus laptop doesn't want to charge past x%. A week ago, x was 95, but the percentage decreased. Now it doesn't charge above 88% and the battery icon is disabled. I mention that 88% remains even if it stays plugged all day or not. It is only one year old and so far I fully charged it and then unplugged until 30% and then charge again.

Morning,

Most likely a battery issue. Your battery could be failing since it is not accepting any more power after it gets to a specific battery percentage, best thing you can do is get an RMA on your battery.
