The new one is having problems working with my Toshiba Satellite laptop. When I plug it in the sound is missing a lot of things (not completely sure how to describe it, but everything sounds distant and some parts of songs are completely missing) and if I move the jack upwards a bit everything sounds fine. I know it's not an issue with the jack because it works completely fine on my iPhone 6. I also know the audio jack on the computer itself is fine because TRRS jacks still work fine. Is there something I can do or is this a compatibility issue? Does the Satellite simply not support TRS?
