Hello.

I upgraded to Windows 10 yesterday night and it was working fine until I got a bsod.
After that, it only shows the Toshiba logo, then a blackish screen with a cursor. I'm not sure but if I wait long enough a completely black screen will appear with no cursor.

In the bios there is a hard drive detected.
Please help.

Hi,

Do a hard reset first, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Plug just the AC adapter then power it on if doesn't work you'll want to try to press CTRL, ALT and DEL all at the same time then select Task Manager that's while you're on the black screen with the cursor. Once Task Manager has open up click on File on the top left corner and select "New Task". Type "explorer.exe" and press OK and see if it shows your normal desktop. If this doesn't work try loading the laptop into Safe Mode and see if it loads just fine. Lastly, perform a Factory Reset with the laptop.
