Sony vaio sve151g13m problem startup

Hi friend's... I have an Sony vaio model sve151g13m i and I have now installed Windows 10 when i start it up it is so slow and it shows me some letters without meaning and lined...I must turn it off many times to start and sometimes when it starts I put my password I go in and stuck again in normal screen. ..can you help me fix it ?

Hi,

Please do try this troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue.
- Turn the laptop completely off.
- You'll need to press F8 repeatedly to access Advance Boot Option where Safe Mode is
- Turn the laptop on and start pressing F8 just right after you press the power button until you see Advance Boot Option
- Select Safe Mode then press Enter.
- In Safe Mode open Task Manager and in Startup tab disable all your startup items and reboot the laptop and it load into the normal mode.
- If it doesn't work load it back into Safe Mode and perform System Restore bringing it back to an earlier date or time before the problem started happening.
