Lg plasma tv help

I have a 50 inch lg plasma tv that won't turn on. The only thing that happens is the relay clicks on, the standby light turns off, 2 seconds pass, the light turns on, and it never comes on.
I unplugged everything from the power supply except for the a.c. in, and the power supply worked, and it gave me correct voltage readings.

I plugged the other board in to the power supply, plugged it in and it went back to broken.
Usually people with this problem suggest the ps but everything visible on this tv is fine, all the fuses are good, I just don't know what is wrong with this one board

It may be that the ps board is still the problem since you are not testing it under load. Try contacting these folks

I have the same issue in my LG 60" plasma . I can hear the relay clicking . The red light blinks on and off when plugged in . I replaced the power supply and it did not solve the problem . I unplugged the X and Y sustain boards from the power supply and it still is ticking . When I unplugged the Main board from the power supply the ticking stopped . Not sure if it's the main board or not. Were you able to figure out what the issue is ?
