how to connect sony dav dz20 home theatre speakers(only) to pc or laptop?
if there any external device that i can use for this purpose.

speakers are fine but dvd player is damaged.

all the five speakers and woofer can only be connected to dvd player. i want to use these speakers for my pc that is i want some device or converter for those speaker wires.

Then you need an AVR or audio video receiver that can decode a surround signal from your PC and send it to 6 speakers.

Odd's are though the speakers are kind of crappy and might not even be enough power to work with a good AVR.

I wouldn't bother, I see speakers like these tossed in the garbage all the time.
