you need a minimum of 4 gb to use a graphics card.
you wont find an i5 with dgpu for under $500
amd card would have to be a apu to hit that price point.

honestly this is a really hard look. I recommend a super cheap gaming laptop go for a HP 15z with the A10 8700p or maybe if you can find it some i3 with a dedicated 930 or something like that. you wont find the specs your looking for however. nobody makes 300 gb laptops at $500. those go in chromebooks for $200. nobody makes under 4 gb ram for under $500 and nobody makes 2 gb gpu's under $500. so you have several specs you simply wont be able to hit. lastly touchscreen sucks on laptops. I have one and you wont use it like you think you will. don't worry about clock speed cpu wont be the weak point in a $500 laptop.
