ok, my mom's laptop has been having problems with her keyboard lately. it was windows 8 before and all the letters and number keys dont work. some keys in there like the windows button and caps lock or tabs worked. but it gets fixed before by me making a complete shut down and rebooting it.
i just upgraded it to windows 10, and it worked for a couple weeks. but now it completely does not work. the letters and number keys are not working at all, even if I shut down and reboot the computer. the other keys still work like I said, the function keys, windows button, caps lock and tab works. right now I just use the on-screen keyboard to log her in, but she can't do much without the other keys working.
i've also tried updating the drivers, but still nothing. is there anything else I can do??
