i have a hisense tv, and now when i turn it on, it course the other tv's in the house to brake up, and i get now signal, what

The Hisense TV has a problem.
It seems to be sending interference to the other TVs. Two possibilities how come to mind. One is through common ac. cable or antenna they are all connected to. The other is through RF that is coming through the air. Disconnect the antenna lead from the Hisense and to see if you still get interference on the other TVs when you turn it on. A filter like this might help

It seems that you need to get the Hisense repaired. Hope it is still under warranty as many companies are very bad at servicing or providing parts for their products. Saves them money.
