I have Intel HD graphics family card and nvidia GeForce 840M. Few weeks ago my fps in games started dropping, and i had no idea why. I discovered that all games was somehow using Intel card so i disabled it. Now i have 1fps in every game, and i have no idea why.

When i open Nvidia geforce experience and i click on controls Panel it says that my Display settings are not aviable, cause my screen isnt connected to my nvidia graphics card (or sth like that i am translating)

Solution
You probably need to reinstall the drivers. Use ddu to uninstall nvidia drivers. Click clean and reboot.

Now download a fresh set of drivers from nvidia's website and install.

Right click on the desktop and click nvidia control panel. Pick the bottom option and pick use nvidia graphics.
