I bought this laptop 2 days ago.

The problem is like this. I connected it to external monitor via HDMI, then set extend display settings.
Then If I start Autodesk maya, or adobe after effects and set it to the second monitor, It get freeze. specially If i set the program to be start directly on 2nd monitor, the problem comes. It freezes.

This happens only if i set it to extend display settings. If I clone displays or, if I turn laptop screen off, the problem will not come.

I did these things.
Reinstalled windows. And checked with windows 10, 8.1, and 7. But the problem is same. But. in windows 7, if I change windows theme to the classic style, the problem not occurring. That means it seems like only if the transparency of windows is turned on, the problem occurs.
I updated graphic drivers too.. But problem is still there.

Please help me to solve this
thanks for your answers

Solution
Hi,

Please do try these steps that might help:

- Uninstall the graphics driver from Device Manager and in Programs and Features.
- Once removed download and install the latest driver from NVIDIA support site
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/download/index.aspx
- Use the Auto Detect feature so it could give you the accurate and latest driver there is for your graphics car.
- Reboot once the latest driver has been installed.
