I have an OS and a decent SSD I can drop into a laptop. Is it possible to find a decent laptop that I can add these to for under $200? I could also buy RAM if necessary. I will only be using it for Word processing, email, web surfing when I am on vacation or away from my desktop. I've been using a Acer Netbook for years, but it is too slow and I want to have a device that can run windows 8 or 10. Thanks!

Most laptops will have an OS on them in the States. You may want to look into a Refurbished Unit for that price for best hardware.
