My laptop's screen was broken and i sent it to service for fix it, they changed the screen but the keyboard doesn't type properly, even they couldn't fix keyboard. For example q would become x, a would become c. I found a temporary solution, when i remove the battery the keyboard works fine but now the battery is dead and i can't use it.
Actually the keyboard works fine in bios but doesn't work in windows.
