Can i add WiGig to a Dell Inspiron 3531 laptop? it is from 2014. Thanks

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3531 laptop. I would like to add WiGig to it. Is this possible? I found a card that has Wifi, WiGig, and Bluetooth on ebay for 35 bucks Here:

Laptops of large brands typically have what is known as a whitelist in their BIOS, which only allows certain devices to work in the laptop. Check your laptop manual and see if there is a list of wireless cards that can be implemented in it.
