Can you please provide some more details as when was the last time your laptop worked fine, did you do something other than usual such as installing any device driver or adding a new device, etc.?
Normally hard resetting the laptop resolves the issue. To hard reset your laptop:
> Unplug it from the power adapter.
> Pull out its battery.
> Press and hold down the Power button for around 45-60 seconds.
> Release the Power button.
> Connect the battery back.
Try powering on the laptop this time.
Please provide more details to help us give you more accurate solution.
