I need help, can this computer run my specified games?

There's a computer that I'm wanting to buy because of it's awesome price, (Yes it's not a laptop) the specs are: 1TB Hard Drive, 4gb RAM (Going to upgrade in the future) 3.0Ghz Intel 2 Core Duo, 64 Bit, Wifi. Do you think this computer will be able to run games ok? Games like: Minecraft, Terraria, Team Fortress 2. Oh and it needs to be able to record minecraft and run Minecraft with 200 mods.

There isnt any graphic card on the computer.
Would go fine. But definitely going on low.
Unless that TF2. you can use it for med i think.

without a dedicated graphics card, you probably wont be able to run any of those games decently, even on their lowest settings with that setup. Does the computer atleast have a pic-e slot or even an agp slot?

I can add a graphics card (ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3 HDMI VGA DVI Video Card) for $50 would it be worth it?

getting an HD 5450 will do wonders for that system, making the games you want to play run decently.
