Speaker wire/ RCA Cables or other options??

I have a single speaker and I want to connect it to my TV. My issue is that my speakers obviously need speaker cables but to connect to my TV I need them to be RCA. Is there a special cable that allows me to do this? Or must I have a receiver?

You need an amp or receiver. And one speaker is going to sound like crap because you won't have any stereo sound, so unless you mixed both the left and right down to a single channel first, you would only get sound half the time out of the speaker when something was coming out of the left or right side.
