Hi,
First you want to remove the battery off the laptop and turn it back on with it. Once the laptop is on put the battery back in make sure it's all the way into it's port. If the laptop still wont turn on, remove the battery and the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 secs then plug the AC adapter in and see if the laptop will turn back on.
