I am very iffy about the Acer brand as well, and I hardly recommend it. It fits into your price range, however.

This ASUS N500 is an excellent choice, though well above your budget. With a full quad-core i7 CPU (rather than the dual-core i7 of my first recommendation), a GTX 850M graphics card, and a lovely 15.6" 1080p display, this is a great choice for design work.

Thanks metalicgeek I should of mentiond I would like to use windows 7 also if possible only cause use use it here at work. If you don't mind I would be interested in multiply choices even if it went over $ 500 so I could show my boss. Thanks for your time.

Thank again metalicgeek , How do you feel about the Acer brand ? My boss is iffy about it and I guess is willing to go up in price as long it is a quality brand with all I need to work.
