My dell laptop is infected. I have done more than one factory resets and its still very bad. Please, help!

I am nearing the end of my rope with this computer. I have tried factory reset, to no avail. The viruses are visible in the processes menu in the task manager. They are called: CSRSS.exe, and WINLOGON.exe. please, help! I can't afford to get a new computer or take it to a shop!

what makes you think those are viruses? They appear to be normal Windows processes.

they are normal windows files as they are on my computer & a customer's laptop that had the hard drive replaced & win7 freshly installed. it hasn't been on the net yet except to download the windows updates.

CSRSS - Client/Server Runtime Subsystem which launches when you turn on your computer.
WINLOGON - Windows Login subsystem basically, now there is a virus labeled WINLOGON but since you wiped your computer the chances of it being a virus is almost impossible, if you are truly scared of viruses stay away from shifty websites or just spend money on an Anti-Virus.
