I bought this laptop as an ex display. It was listed under new and other. I made the purchase about 5 days ago and I really like the laptop but ever since I have had it, it seems to have issues booting up. I have reset it and still these issues occur. I hear it turn on briefly and then in shuts down when the screen is turning on. It takes multiple tries to get it to power on successfully. I got this error message today: Your PC needs to be repaired - The boot configuration data file is missing some requires information - File: /BCD - Error Code: 0xc000000d - You'll need to use recovery tools.

Is it a battery fault? What should i do?

I have a HP 15 r150sa, its running Windows 10.

Any other way around this as it was partitioned on the hard drive but not copied to the USB. It says it cannot access the HDD now.
