I've been tasked to buy a laptop for editing video from a gopro carmera on the go. I can get a Elitebook840 or a TecraA50. I'm inclind to get the toshiba is it worth the extra cost? I'm also looking at the differance in battery life, but the HP sounds a little farfetched. Anyone got any ideas about a clear better or worse.

Toshiba definitely has the stronger processor by a very large margin, but looks to be quite a bit bulkier.

If you're going to do any heavy lifting with a laptop, avoid the low-power U-series processors. They are meant to be good on battery life while offering decent everyday task performance.
