How can I have chat volume separated from gaming volume?

I have a Speedlink headset with mic, on it there are two analogical volume control, one for chat and one for gaming and so. My question is how can I have chat volume separated from gaming volume in my headset? Right now both go onto chat volume. (win 10)

Do a right click on the volume icon on the bottom right corner of your screen you should see Volume Mixer. You should find all the volume toggle for all the device running and playing where you can adjust them.
