hi my toshiba satellite c655 boots up and when it goes to the sign in screen the blue screen of death pops up i tried running it in safe mode same thing happened i also cleaned the ram and nothing happened i cant hard reset because it makes a loud beeping noise after trying to reset the computer back to factory defaults. can somebody please help me i don't know what else to do. and yes it is a old computer.

Do a complete factory reset using a System disc instead or a USB bootable disc that has the operating system burned into it that might do the trick with your case or you can try some steps located here in Toshiba's forum section.
