Hi,
I have windows 10.
My laptop has switchable graphics" Intel HD 3000 + AMD HD 7400M series
Windows is always using the intel card and I'm not able to switch to use the amd one (high performance)

Catalyst control center opens but doesn't have any options, there seems to be something wrong there.

I know similar problems have been discussed here, but none of them worked for me.

Please help!!

Hi,

Have you tried uninstalling Graphics card driver off from Device Manager and in Programs and Features and installing the latest driver? If not that could be way to solve this problem.

- Uninstall the Graphics Card from Device Manager and in Programs and Feature.
- Download and install the latest driver from AMD support site. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the PC then try switching graphics card again using the Catalyst Control.
- If that still doesn't work please do try these steps: https://support.serato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202305784-Changing-graphics-card-settings-to-use-your-dedicated-GPU-on-a-Windows-computer-
