Hey B,
You know what, I think I'd have a hard time choosing too... ;)

It would depend on what you intend to do... gaming? Streaming? Productivity? Anyone of them would be, imo, a good choice as they offer pretty much an "equal" build, with differences here and there. If you're a gamer, the GTX 960 aspect is interesting. If you're willing to pay, I'd go for the #3, but for 70£ less, #2 is still pretty decent. If you're a hardcore gamer, go with #4.

But for streaming and all, #1 and #2 would be enough.

You also have to consider the look. ;) That's where they always get me... haha

Hope this helps! :)

Chose configuration 1. The performance between all four is very small and not worth the extra cost. 860 and 960 are the same gpu. 4710hq and 4720hq are the same process with the 4720hq having a minor clockspeed advantage. Getting a 4 gb 960m won't be any better than getting to 2 gb. 16 gb is overkill since most games at most use 6 gb of ram.

Hope this helps! The difference between the 860M and the 960M is minimal. Also, contrary to what it may seem, a 4 GB card is not necessarily better than a 2 GB card. The only cases where it would benefit would be in Shadow of Mordor or some similar games. Let me know if you want me to try and test any games for you, I have a Steam library of about 250 games but only play about 5 of them... game tradeups has its perks haha.
