BSOD from using Wireless USB AC Adapter - ntoskrnl.exe + 14f9a0

Hello everyone,

I'm not the first to say this nor post about this but I can't seem to get my problem resolved using other threads regarding similar issues and my own self knowledge..

BUILD:
WINDOWS 8.1
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H - DRIVER UP TO DATE
Intel i5 Sandy Bridge 2500k
16 GB Ram (4 sticks @ 4 GB ea.)
CRUCIAL SSD 250GB
Geforce GTX 970 - DRIVER UP TO DATE
PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk2 950 Watt (80 Plus Silver certified)

WHATS HAPPENING: I am trying to use a Netgear AC6210 Wireless USB AC adapter for my self-built desktop to be able to connect to the internet wirelessly. Whenever I try to connect to a wireless network using the adapter it almost immediately BSODs. telling me refer to BAD_POOL_CALLER.

Using BluescreenView I found the cause to be: ntoskrnl.exe + 14f9a0 OR hal.dll + 658f.

This has NEVER happened to me before and ONLY seems to happen when I plug in the Wireless AC Adapter and try to connect to the internet. I use this computer to play games and use autocad which are memory, graphical, and processor intense.

WHAT I'VE TRIED:
1) Bought better Wireless AC Adapter confirming that it for sure works w/ Windows 8.1
2) Tried a different Wireless network
3) Plugged in 1 single memory stick at a time checking to see if one is busted
4) In the BIOS I tried to lower how much Memory Frequency was being outputted from 16MHz to 13.33Mhz - However don't think this command successfully implemented.
5) Called Netgear regarding the issue - there response was it was a Windows 8 issue
6) in cmd ran mdsched.exe - said hardware issue, when restarted said I had a memory Issue.
