Hello everyone.
Need some help. When I turn on my Asus Ultrabook, I can't seems to enter the password as my keyboard are not functioning. All numerical and alphabets button key cannot be used.
I tried to "Ease of Access" just in case I can use the on-screen keyboard but a dialog box appeared and said that another "Ease of Access" program is opened. The program need to be closed for the Narrator to be used. I followed the instructions on how to closed the program but not working.
Same goes to the touch screen keyboard.. Also not functioning.
What should I do?
