My ADX gaming headphones mic suddenly stopped working after a trip it has 2 jack and a splitter came with the product I don't see anything wrong when I look at it it dose not work on any phone tablet or computers

Try a different splitter or on a system with dual jacks for mic and headphones. If it does not work either way, likely a loose cable, need to get it fixed.
