Last week I received a new notebook and I can't figure out the right display drivers to use..
The model is: Lenovo IdeaPad G50-80 i7-5500U 1TB 4GB ATI R5-M330 2GB
so under the video card specifications it says:
AMD ATI EXO PRO R5 M330
Intel® HD Graphics 5500
Aren't those 2 different chipsets? I'm a newbie in these kinds of things so be gentle :D
The driver Windows installed is "Intel(R) HD Graphics 5500".. Shouldn't it have an AMD diver? I've also read somewhere that you can have both types of drivers installed and switch between them.. something or other..
If anyone versed in these types of problems has the time and willingness, please clarify this for me.. Thank you!

You are spot on in your thinking.
The i7 CPU has on chip graphics, the HD 5500. But your laptop also has a seperate ATI graphics card installed, the R5-M330.
What should happen in your system is that the HD5500 will be used for normal application type usage, whereas the ATI is used when you run something that is graphically demanding, like a game, for example.
That is the theory anyhow.
