Need way to download a news video clip from website

Hello,
I was wondering if there was a way to copy or download a video clip from a news website that my son was on. He was on the video with his football team and I can't figure out a way to save it. I have searched Google and tried the "Firefox" thing but it will not work.
Please help... any suggestions will be appreciated
I am not sure if I am in the correct category for this & if not then I apologize.

Do you have a newer Nvidia card? If yes, shadow play allows desktop capture.

And why not just write the news provider and ask them for the clip? I'm pretty sure they'd want to provide it

I did and they want $45 + $5 for the DVD for a 45 second clip...

So they more than likely have a copyright on their material which means there's also no legal means of getting it for free.
