Hello guys.
I ask you because you are very competent.
I'm undecided about the purchase of these two notebooks.

Both the PCs are very cheap. They cost 300 € both.
For once I can not decide ... (on Internet, people can ONLY say <<they sucks>>) :(

The Hardware is sooo similar.

Hard drives have 500 gigabytes and rams 4.
Slightly change the CPU and video cards.

---------- 1) The first is an ASUS-f552we sx018h

The CPU is an AMD A4. (4 x 1.8 GHz)
The GPU is an AMD Radeon R5 m230 (the flyer says "GRAPHICS 1 Giga !!!")

---------- 2) The second is a HP pavilion 15g065nl

The CPU is an AMD A8 (2 GHz x 4)
The GPU is an AMD Radeon R5 (but can not figure out WHAT exactly!)

Here are my three questions, the premise that the differences are minimal ...
A) In terms of build quality & BRAND, who is the best?
B) We have 2 AMDs: an A8 VS an A4.
Calculating, the HP has 800 MHz more. (200 mhz more x4)
The difference is perceptible? Everyone says it's irrelevant but you're speaking with a boy that still uses a single-core
C) Do you know which GPU does the HP mount?
Is it better than the Asus one?
D) I will study Engineering at the University.
Are The 2 PCs good for me? I consider them excellent but other people don't recommend them..
(I also have other interests, IF I'll buy a graphic tablet I will try to model small items in 3D)

Thank you in advance and Sorry for my English... ;)

The A4 has slightly low clockspeed than the A8 and since they are both based on the Beema architecture there should not be anything else affecting performance. Since the laptop with the A4 comes with a dedicated GPU that is more powerful the integrated Radeon R5 (Beema) in the A8-6410, that is the laptop you want to buy if playing games is the priority.
You need to provide links to the laptops you are comparing because there is no exact way to know what AMD APU models are in those laptops.

Based on the limited information you provided I am pretty sure the A8 APU in question is the A8-6410. It is based on the Beema architecture those APUs are meant to go into inexpensive laptops. The A8-6410m itself is about as powerful as an 3rd generation Ivy Bridge Core i3 CPU. It's integrated graphics core is the Radeon R5 (Beema) and it is about as powerful as the Intel HD 4000 graphics core which is probably around 30% slower than Intel's current HD 5500 graphics core in the 5th generation Core series.

The Radeon R5 M230 is a dedicated GPU that is almost as powerful as a nVidia GT 720m which means it is more powerful than the Radeon R5 (Beema) graphics core. As for the A4 APU.... I'm guessing it is another APU based on the Beema architecture which means it is a little less powerful than the A8-6410m.

Oh yes, I said "a4" and "a8" but I forgot to say the specific models.
I didn't added links to the notebook because I found it in a shop (no internet)

So, recapping...

1)ASUS (f552we sx018h)
---has an amd A4-6210 (1.8 Ghz x4)
---The GPU is an AMD Radeon R5 m230
---usb 3.0 x 2

2)HP (pavilion 15g065nl)
---has an amd A8-6410 (2 Ghz x4)
---The GPU is an AMD Radeon R5 (yes, I searched again : the model is not indicated so I think you're right, it's an integrated GPU with the same power of an IntelHD4000)
---usb 3.0 x1

--------------->
What is your conclusion?
(The ASUS has 800 mhz less but the GPU is good
The HP has a CPU with 800 mhz more but the GPU is the worse (maybe) possible)

Which notebook BRAND has the best monitors, keyboard, tech support...?
-------------->
Can you advice me better notebooks in this range of price? (300 euro=214 ₤)
