I am stuck deciding between two different laptops. Will be used for gaming (mkx and other steam games), streaming movies and video editing. Also throughout college. So:
HP envy 15t slim quad:
I7 4722hq. 1080p, Nvidia gtx 950m 4gb, 8gb ram, 1tb hd, backlit keyboard, 15in ugly silver = 805$
Lenovo y40-80
I7 5500u, 1080p, amd Radeon r9 275, 8gb, 1tb, 14in, better design and look, no backlit or optical drive =680$
Trying to figure out if it's worth the extra for the HP, I've heard that HP doesn't hold up very well for gaming and Lenovo has its ups and downs. The HP has everything possible I would need and any laptop with those specs would be way over 1000$. Any advice?
