Hello. Since Microsoft forced Windows 8.1 update down my throat it seems like it's not reading my Radeon HD8000M series graphics card and is working on integrated Intel HD graphics card only.

I've read that this is a known problem and I reinstalled my graphics card driver to the newest one but it's still showing the same issue.

I'm currently trying to run Fall out 3 GOTY edition through steam but it's saying I only have the Intel graphics card.

Is there any way to fix this problem?
Thank you so much!

Solution
Go to the manufacturers website and download their drivers for both cards.
Installing Drivers from Intel and AMD will not allow the switching.
You have to run the altered drivers from the laptop manufacturer.
