Good choose! my Ghost GS60 is ROCK!!
Be aware that graphics chips are not really powerful enough to play games at 4k resolution. There are 6 games that the GTX 980m has been benchmarked at 4k resolution in the following link. The highest FPS game is FIFA 2015 at over 100 FPS, but that game has low system requirements. Dirt Rally comes in at 59 FPS, GTA 5 gets 41 FPS, BF 4 gets 36 FPS. Both Arkham Knight and Witcher 3 gets 22 FPS. Expect the GTX 965m to do much worse.

For playing games on a laptop @ 4k I recommend a laptop with GTX 980m SLI. There are two problems with that though; it will be a very expensive laptop and games that cannot take advantage of SLI will only be using one GTX 980m. I recommend you avoid buying a laptop with a 4k resolution screen unless you do not mind lowering the resolution to 1080p. Also, do not buy the Lenovo Y50 with the 4k screen; the screen is locked at 48Hz instead of 60Hz which means only 48 FPS at most will be displayed even if the GPU can pump out 100 FPS. This is a known issues since Oct 2014 and Lenovo is still looking into the problem.

Okay, then that is fine. I don't know of any laptops with a 4k touchscreen. Just stay away from the Lenovo Y50 UHD (a.k.a. Y50-70 UHD) laptop because the refresh rate is locked at 48Hz no matter what resolution you set the screen to.

Sorry for my late reply , but don't go for y50 UHD version.

Even if your budget is low, get a GTX 970m+ with 1080p. (you can always use Nvidia DSR to get 4k resolution)
P.S There are not laptops with 4k and GTX 970m within $1500.
