Games run slowly

Anyone know why games run slowly in my laptop? The problem is that sometimes they run fast and smoth but when i restart pc or unplug it, they run slowly.

I don't run really fast but sometimes if i try really hard i can run fast. More details needed - C'mon

Unplug it = it runs on battery. Games will usually perform poorly on battery because components (CPU and GPU) will not run at their full potential due to not being able to draw enough power from the battery.

As for restarting it? Some details would help. Let us know which model laptop and which games.

All games, and i got a DELL Inspiron n5110. Listen, I removed my laptop battery that means if i unplug the power it shuts down directly. That's why i keep it always on plug so it stays fast but sometimes when i really must to unplug it i have to keep restarting the pc many times till it becomes fast and how i know it when it becomes fast just by pressing F5 on desktop hundred of times in a row, if icons appear and dissappear fast then it's fine if it's slow then i have to restart pc again. Sounds weird but that's the way i know
