(I am new here, apologies if this was posted in the wrong section.)
Hello, I am having a problem with my 3 year old HP laptop. After I log in, it takes me to my desktop (as usual) and then it freezes and loads for a few seconds and then automatically refreshes. I don't know what's happening with it and I need help. Is there anyway I can fix this? I tried going on safe mode and the refresh loop seemed to stop, but then when I go back to the normal mode, it does it again. I am getting frustrated and I have no clue what to do.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
Edit: I have Norton as my anti-malware software, could this be the problem?
Edit 2: Okay, I got it all fixed. It was indeed, Norton Security that was causing this problem, so I unistalled it.
