[Q] Best PC Stereo Speakers to Replace Logitech Z-5500?

Hello
I would like to sell my logitech z-5500 speakers and purchase PC stereo speakers.
I'm selling Z-5500 because I would like to save space and have less cables. The Subwoofer is very huge.
The only thing I'm afraid of is the quality

Can you suggest me some Stereo [2.0] Speakers?
Price will be up to 200$

Paired with my Sound Blaster X-Fi HD Titanium they are absolutely insane. They are kinda big (and make sure you follow the little comic inside about how to place them), but they make any other PC speaker sound like junk.

if you're looking for the best "quality" sound then i'd suggest getting some bookshelf speakers. either powered or unpowered + amp.

the pioneer bs22, micca mb42, dayton b652 are all good lower priced solutions. given your potential budget you might be able to step it up a notch and get something even nicer. on the used market you might be able to score some really nice speakers for less than half price of new. you can run many of them on a fairly budget amp although using something a bit nicer will get them louder with less distortion.

the audioengine a2+ are nice but expensive for what you get.
