Livestream Download File: How?

Hey hey,

I am trying to grab a copy of a football game for my father off Livestream. It doesn't have a download option, so I apologise if this shouldn't even been asked. I just noticed something is all, when one has Flash Enabled it lets the stream play in HD - but with no Save As.

Disable Flash and there is no HD option, but can right click and Save as (mp4)

Only problem is that the definition of the file is rather poor where as the 720p HD is, clearly, a lot better.

I was wondering if there was a way to grab the file in HD. I have tried Chrome/Firefox Extensions to no avail.

From the Livestream Terms of Use:

Except as expressly authorized by Livestream, You agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make use of the Materials. If, with authorization, you download or print a copy of the Materials for personal use, you must retain all copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. Livestream reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Livestream Service and the Materials.

I would interpret that to mean it's probably better not to pursue it. If they don't show any download or 'save as' buttons, it likely means it wasn't intended for download. You could perhaps try emailing Livestream's support for clarification on that point though.
